4. You take full responsibility and risks connected to use of materials, information, advertising, goods and services received by him or her via Internet network, including undesirable materials or materials containing information that is personally offensive to you.
5. You realise that materials provided by you can be accessible by other users and search engines whose actions DatingApp is not responsible.
6. DatingApp do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member profile or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the DatingApp app, our partners or any user of our application or any other person or entity.
7. DatingApp is not responsible for any expenditure of you or any damage that you suffer through direct or indirect use of rendered services. You are responsible for estimation of accuracy, completeness, and utility of any opinion, assessment, service and other information, quality and features of goods received by you through DatingApp services.
8. You agree not to use DatingApp services for any activity conflicting with the international legislation.
9. You agree not to use DatingApp for your own benefit.
10. You agree not to post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
11. You are not allowed to create more than one account (profile). Use of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in instant termination of service.
12. DatingApp has the right to decline your profile (or any of its part) without explanation.
13. You are responsible for all information that he or she puts into a Profile, including texts, photographs, and information that you place at the application or sends to the application.
14. DatingApp is not liable for any requests of the third parties that may arise in connection with information placed in the profile of our user.
15. You understand and acknowledge that DatingApp is not responsible for any possible faults in rendering services.
16. DatingApp has the right to amend and modify the above-stated conditions. In this case they will be published at DatingApp application.
17. You can permanently delete your account : (delete your profile, photos and messages) or temporarily disabling your account : (hides your profile, photos and messages but does not delete them).
